The townhome unit you choose is a deeded real estate property that you are welcome to enjoy anytime of the year.  The best part is that you own your townhome, yet unlike typical vacation homes, you don’t have the work and upkeep.  This is hassle-free ownership!

Regency Hotel Management will take care of marketing, renting, cleaning and
maintaining your home when you are away.  You can bring your family for fun,
recreation and relaxation, and know the maintenance and formalities have been taken care of for you.

All Arrowwood Family Townhomes are professionally decorated and fully furnished.  As the owner, you are welcome to use your townhome whenever you like, up to 30 days in a row per stay.  When away, your townhome can be included in the rental program, and you can receive rental revenue that can help offset some of your cost of ownership.
