Join the team at Lake Cafe Overlooking Beautiful Lake Darling!

Full and Part time positions available for outgoing and energetic individual needed to service guests by taking food and drink orders, complete opening and closing cleaning procedures, and deliver food to tables accurately and efficiently.  Candidate must be flexible in scheduling, and be able to handle a fast environment with long hours.  Excellent customer service and communication skills are a must! Must be 18 or older and have previous serving experience.

Part-time busser position available for an individual able to work 15-20 hours. Must be able to work weekends. Candidate must be dependable and hardworking and may start immediately. Must be 17 years or older.

Friendly, outgoing individual who enjoys working with the public needed to greet and seat guests in the Lake Café. Excellent customer service skills are a must! Candidate needs to be self-motivated, reliable, and able to multi-task. Part time a.m. positions available. Cashiering and Restaurant experience required. Must be 18 years or older.


Full-time position available for banquet events and Rafter's Lounge.  Employee needs to be able to take drink and food orders, mix drinks, perform audit procedures following each shift and complete opening and closing duties efficiently and accurately.  Must be able to multi task and have excellent customer service and communication skills.  Evenings, most weekends, and holidays required.


Sous Chef
Full-time candidate needed to assist the Executive Chef with overseeing the back of house food operation with one of the region's largest convention/meeting facilities.  Variable hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.  Previous cooking and supervisory experience necessary.

Dishwasher/Night Janitor
Full-time night janitor.  Individual is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and properly storing all dishes, flatware, utensils, and kitchenware.  Other responsibilities: safely and correctly operate all equipment, carefully handle all glassware and dishware to eliminate breakage, clean and maintain kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls, and drains.

Prep Cook
Full-time cook needed to prep food for a variety of meals in the Lake Cafe and banquet events.  Must be able to work quickly and efficiently, and be able to stand for long periods of time.  Pay based on experience.  All shifts needed.

Waterpark Snack Bar/Admissions Attendant
Part item hours for individuals to work directly with guests to provide snacks, prepare space for group parties, answer guest and staff questions and assist staff with park activities and cleaning tasks. Position involves minor food prep and knowledge of safety and health procedures. An outgoing and friendly personality is a plus. Must be 18 or older and weekends are required.

Waterpark Lifeguard
Part time lifeguard needed. Weekends mandatory. CPR/First Aid Certification course available upon employment.

Front Desk

Part-time position available for an outgoing individual to greet and welcome guests upon arrival. Job also requires that the Bellperson assist guest with luggage or other requests, assist front desk, and assist with room deliveries. In addition, candidate will answer guest questions and maintain a clean, professional appearance of the lobby and circle drive areas. Hours vary and may include weekends and holidays.


Part-time weekday and weekend positions available to candidates willing to satisfactory and efficiently clean guestrooms. Main duties include but are not limited to: making guest beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms. Shifts would start at 9:00 a.m. Experience preferred, but not required.

Laundry Attendant                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           Part-time weekday and weekend candidates needed in laundry to include folding, pressing, sorting, and cleaning of linens for all departments of hotel.


Stable Wrangler
Full time seasonal wrangler needed to guide trail rides, give riding lesson, and lead pony rides in addition to performing general horse care and cleaning barn spaces.  Must have previous horse riding experience.  Day hours available--weekends required. Must be 18 years or older.


Certified Massage Therapist

Day and evening hours available for certified massage therapists to perform various types of massages to include, sports, hot stone, and reflexology. Good customer service, flexibility, and interest in learning new services are a must. Weekend hours are required.

Performs facials, waxing, pedicures and manicures.  Open to learning how to perform body treatments such as herbal wraps, body mud masks and salt glows.  Customer service skills and positive attitude a must.  Hours are flexible.

Seasonal Positions
Seasonal positions in recreation, marina, golf course, grounds and landscaping, restaurant servers and bus people, bartenders, horse wranglers, convention set-up, kitchen prep cooks and dishwashers, housekeeping and laundry attendants. Interviewing for these positions will begin in April.
