Group Reservationist
Arrowwood is seeking an individual to join our reservations team. Candidate expected to provide excellent customer service, ensure guest satisfaction and maximize occupancy and revenue. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: manage all group reservations, establish relationships with all group contacts, and educate all Reservations/Front Desk staff on upcoming group and necessary information. Must be flexible with hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be present for large group check-ins to ensure satisfaction and be available to resolve issues as they arrive.

Deck Bar and Grill-Seasonal Manager

We are seeking full-time (seasonal) manager of our outdoor Deck Bar and Grill.  Responsibilities include managing crew of servers, bartenders and cooks in a fun, fast paced environment.  Responsible for inventories, menu engineering, hiring and supervising staff, food quality and providing outstanding guest service.  Previous experience in managing or supervising successful food and beverage operations a must.
Hours are variable and nights, holidays and weekends are expected.

Guest Service Representative

Part time candidate needed to provide service to the guests of Arrowwood.  Individual must be willing and able to provide guests with excellent customer service at the front desk, answer phones and transfer calls, check guests in and out, answer guest and staff questions, and assist in fulfilling other guest needs.  We are looking for a motivated “people person” with a positive, outgoing attitude. Flexibility a must. Nights, weekends, and holidays required.

Reservationist

Part time employee needed to take incoming reservation calls and work with customers to book rooms, make rate changes, and mail confirmation information.  Must have excellent customer service skills and computer profiency.  Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required. Flexibility a must. Nights, weekends, and holidays required.


Waterpark Lifeguard

FT & PT day and evening hours available.  Weekends mandatory.  Certification required at the time of hire.  Please contact Lakes Area Recreation for certification training schedules.
