Delightful views of Lake Darling can be admired from the family-friendly Lake Café serving breakfast, lunch and dinner; specializing in authentic regional dishes. Satisfy your appetite with our new and improved menu items in a relaxed and casual environment.

Build your own pasta! Choose from a variety of ingredients, fresh warm bread and choice of treat from the dessert buffet.
Weekday Express Lunch Buffet: Monday through Fridays from 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM
Little time for lunch? Don't wait! In addition to our new lunch menu, we offer a soup and salad buffet Monday through Friday. This buffet features green salad with a multitude of toppings and dressings, pasta salad, bread, a two soup options and a dessert buffet.
Sunday Prime Brunch from 8 AM - 1:30 PM
Treat your family to breakfast on the town. Your party is sure to leave satisfied with our wide selection of breakfast and lunch items, including carved Prime Rib and Ham and an Omelet station, served hot and fresh!
THURSDAY NIGHT: ASIAN FUSION
A unique, weekly event held in the Lake Cafe every Thursday. Experience Japanese food at its best with this three course meal including Miso Soup, an appetizer of Gyoza--Potstickers or Egg Rolls, and choose between four entree choices: Seared Ahi Tuna with assorted Sushi Rolls & Tempura Vegetables, Assorted Sushi Roll Dinner with Tempura Vegetables, and Chicken Teriyaki with assorted Sushi Rolls & Tempura Vegetables.
Deck Bar & Grill
On the lower level of the pool deck, the Deck Bar & Grill offers casual outdoor dining for lunch and dinner--come to enjoy an unforgettable view of Lake Darling and the unique tastes of Minnesota Grilling. Open Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Also, enjoy entertainment in the evenings with live music by Glen Everhardt on Wednesday evenings from 6-9 p.m.
